  I rated 4 instead of 5 cause there's always room for improvement, but the real story is that Kroger is the go to place in Memphis for fresh food and all sorts of services such as a pharmacy or money transactions. The true magic of Kroger is their attitude of positivity and investment into the community. The food is great and the service comes with a friendly rapport. I don't go anywhere else for groceries in Memphis, and their store brand products stretch across the country through their partner groceries.

  My visit was very pleasant. I found everything I needed and the employees was Super Nice.

  I simply love this store. Love the way it is setup and i always get everything i need .... which is all of my organic products. The parking lot though, is a madhouse .... 😣

  Visit the store today and had a pleasant visit. It wasn't crowded. Had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan and Latricia (lane 6) both were awesome and upbeat employees whom helped my elderly grandmother and myself checkout go smoothly. Will definitely visit this store more often!!

  I have been a long time Kroger customer and appreciate how pleasant and helpful the employees are. The only improvement I can suggest is to train the baggers to put the frozen items TOGETHER. I don't know why they consistently put frozen foods anywhere. I have been told this IS included in the training but no one makes an effort to do it, unless I insist or do it myself. We ALL want to unload the frozen items first and get them in the freezer but it is impossible when they are haphazardly scattered throughout all the bags. Regardless, thank you again for reminding your employees to be nice and helpful in all other ways.
