  Constantly running out of stock of certain items. Couldn’t manage an inventory to save its life.

  A manager had me my mother and Brother followed by various employees saying we’d been standing in the Make up isle for too long then proceeded to watch us as we checked out and was talking rudely about us to another worker she even looked a bit disappointed when the alarms didn’t go off we obviously hadn’t been stealing. We’ve been shopping at this kroger for over 10 years this is the first time we’ve been dissatisfied also the first time I’ve seen this woman. This manager was a tall white woman older with glasses.

  Store is small and doesn't offer a lot of brand options. Kroger has started forcing too many of their own products onto the shelves that NO ONE WANTS so in the smaller stores there is no longer room to carry the more popular brands.

  This is no longer 24 hours; they close at 1 a.m. 7 days/week. We are returning to them after Rite Aid closed. We always had good luck with the staff and service at this pharmacy. Regency Center is often crowded. They do have drive through but getting in to the center is a hassle at times. The pharmacy is a good one.

  Parking can be tough at peak times and busy weekends. The empty stores in this small plaza have become occupied and parking is at a premium on a busy Saturday. I think they have Click list too so, fewer spots available. That said this little Kroger has a 24 hr pharmacy/driveup window. They have all the basics you expect and then some, like vegan/natural foods, health and beauty, greeting cards. It was my main store for 3 yrs and was pleased to shop here.
