  At 2pm today, all they had were very few Raspberry filled, 2 chocolate Kreme filled, some cinnamon sugar, and glazed. Lady working said she didn't know how to box a dozen, plus 3 other donuts. My aunt told her she wanted the 2 chocolate Kreme filled, and the woman gave my aunt 2 glazed, and 1 chocolate Kreme filled until I mentioned she gave the wrong one.

  Service is usually great however today on one of the only 2 days out of the year when I am supposed to be able to get green glazed donuts they are not even open 😲There's a sign that says they'll be back at 7 PM and no one is there. This Is absolutely ridiculous!

  Their donuts are usually good. But your cutomer service really SUCKS. Your employees must have no training at all, they are rude and have a I don't care attitude. If it was my store I would fire everyone. The manager will probably read this and just laugh.

  My son's annual "birthday cake" of choice is a dozen doughnuts and we normal get them from this Krispy Kreme. However, this year we stopped in on Jan 2 to get his dozen and everything about the store made us turn around and leave without placing an order. Aside from the vibe (of staff and waiting customers) and condition of the store, the display case was only half full and they did not have any of my son's favorites (Oreo, birthday cake, etc). We left disappointed and he got his doughnuts the next day (from a small shop near us). I gave 3 stars because we have been happy enough in the past, but I would have given only 2 stars based on that visit. Hopefully it was just a bad day there?

  I was impressed there excellent customer service and friendly staff who go above and beyond for there customers. The doughnut were amazing freshly baked and frosted. I recommend coming early in the morning so you can get an assortment of doughnuts, although you can’t go wrong with traditional glaze.
