  One of the best things that I do. An amazing, positive experience in so many ways. Helps with confidence, awareness, fitness, clarity and other aspects in my life. The instructors are fantastic, and I've really enjoyed training with so many of my classmates.

  I have been training here for 3 years and the staff keep everyday as exciting and motivating as the first time you walk through that door. The staff have created a welcoming and supportive community for individuals of varying experience and fitness levels. Whether your new to Krav Maga or returning after a break, this gym is an awesome place to go!

  Krav Maga has changed the way I walk, such as to my car in a parking lot. The first step in self-defense is being aware of your surroundings, then comes the rest, which is taught well. Lifting weights in the gym is great for strength, but in Krav we learn what to do with that strength.

  I've been a student here for nearly 9 months and I'm continually impressed. The instructors are very knowledgable and super supportive!! And the vibe in the classes are great; all of the other students are friendly and welcoming. The more advanced students are helpful and provide a lot of guidance to the newer students. I always walk out of class feeling tired, sweaty and more confident in my self-defense abilities.

  Whether you are here to get in shape, to learn self-defense skills, to improve on what you already know, or all of the above, this is a very special place. The instructors are both highly skilled and motivating, plus just really nice people, The students are a great mix from complete beginners to the very experienced. Everyone encourages each other. I’m inspired by the hard work of everyone here, it keeps me coming back and doing my best. Plus the new space is beautiful. Try it, you’ll like it!
