  I've been training at Bronx Krav Maga for almost two years and couldn't be more satisfied. Shihan Velez is one of the most knowledgeable martial arts masters one could ever hope to meet. We train the way we fight, so be ready to get hit, get bruised, and SWEAT! I was looking for a school that wasn't commercialized and just looking for contracts, but focused on the students actually learning and mastering techniques. I've lost weight, improved my cardio, and I'm doing things I never thought I'd be able to do. Thanks Shihan!
