  Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called the office after receiving a notice from Mr Kraus and was greeted by belligerent yelling over whatever I tried to say. He didn't even stop shouting to let me say why I was calling, which was to request information as stated in the letter HE sent. It is baffling how this person can represent the law. You have got to be kidding me.
