  If I could rate Enivaldo Medeiros of KPM any lower I would. Unprofessional, unresponsive and unacceptable customer service. I have had nothing but trouble with my past taxes filed by KPM, and KPM has been less than helpful in dealing with the IRS and NYS. It took four months of phone calls before I received an unacceptable response. I admit I do not have a straight forward tax filing situation, but to not include the fundamental schedule attachments to a filing as a tax professional is inexcusable. This guy will get you a return on your taxes, but achieves it through dubious means. And when his mess becomes an issue, he will not provide any help. Be warned.
