  For about two and a half months, called and emailed back and forth with them, for a minor carpentry job in my kitchen; was told they can provide the service but then was given multiple excuses and delays to even get an estimate, much less an appointment. I'd much more prefer a contractor to just straight up tell me they have bigger projects and can't do a minor job. I'd recommend staying away from this company as it appears to be the classic contractor from hell, who would leave a customer hanging for months - waste of time.
