  I used him back in 2013. He forgot to add some of our paperworks and we ended up receiving a letter from IRS in 2015, for a penalty of around $5000. We reached out to him but he said we(my husband and I) were fully responsible for checking the draft for any errors, not him. He said there's no other way around so we had to pay for it asap. The notice had only 2 weeks of due date so we paid the $5000 penalty. It is first week of January 2017 now and today we received another letter from IRS saying we owe $1900 from 2013. Did we get a huge amount of tax return in 2013? Absolutely not, it was nothing more or less than any other years. Because of him we have another $1900 penalty to pay. Use him if you want to be surprised with IRS every year.
