::We came to this office as a referral for sedation dentistry since my regular dentist couldnât provide this service and boy was I shocked. I was told that we would just need to get and exam to establish client patient relationship and set up a time for my kidâs surgery. I was shocked to get a bill in the mail two weeks later for the services that provided. It wouldnât have been a problem, but my wife asked if there would be any charges and we were told no by the staff. Also they donât allow parents in the back with the kids so you donât know what they are doing. When I spoke with office manager, her only response was itâs only a $50 co-pay, she said that like 3 times. When I spoke to Dr Kouri he was very rude and just said, âWhen your wife signed the release it said on there what we would chargeâ. We had to agree to disagree and when I went by the office to pick up their records all they gave my was a copy of the billing statement (since when was that considered medical records) and a paper copy of the X-rays (at other clinics they will give you a copy on a CD that costs like 10 cents). I feel like he was double dipping me, charge me as a new patient when I was a referral, then charge me again when we come back. I wonât be spending any more of my money there and I recommend you do the same.
