  EDDA:Lottie was the best nurse or whatever I'm supposed to call her I have ever seen.my daughter loved her and also her doctor .Dr. Wix.I know I am not using the correct terms but you guys know how hard it is to find good and friendly people for your child.will recommend them to anyone. That being said, these two people stood out. Can't say that for all.there was a lady at the desk on the 21st that was awesome .on the 23rd.not so much.this was may of 2018

  I love my Kool Smiles and Dr Rector! Everyone is always so nice and the place is super clean. After seeing Dr Rector i don't ever really want to see any other dentist. They are more thorough than anywhere i have ever been. Brad was my hygienist today and was very friendly and great at his job. Edda Lottie took very good care of me when i had to have a filling shaved down. Overall a great experience. Thank you Dr Rector and staff!

  They are very inconsiderate. My daugther hates going to the dentist just off of one visit. They didn't numb her, and she felt every bit of what they were doing to her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! For goodness sake you all are caring for children.

  The EDDA that helped my 6 yo daughter through getting sealants was beyond amazing! Her name is LOTTIE and without her I would've left without the sealants. My daughter has severe anxiety issues and hates the dentist. But Lottie did much more than her job and helped calm her and keep her calm and able to get them done! I have 4 kids (17, 14, 12 & 6) and they all go here. We've seen a lot of diff dentists over the years but now we'll never see another! The staff is very friendly, compassionate and go above just a job! Thank you Lottie for making a very stressful situation so much easier for both my daughter and myself!

  There is only 1 floor so no elevator is needed also my experience there as an adult was very satisfying because staff there are extremely happy and polite and welcoming
