  I am so glad I decided to get my hair cut at Kool Kuts. I am very particular about how I like my hair styled so I am often nervous whenever trying a new hair salon. However, I couldn't be more happy with my new hair cut. Kim was absolutely fantastic; very sweet and friendly. She checked with me on my preferences and made sure to get a good idea of the style to be achieved before she began. Kim is very accommodating to walk-ins and even as a new customer, I was immediately treated like a well-known regular. I did not feel like just a "head of hair" here at Kool Kuts. I felt like a valued and appreciated customer and Kim made it clear that she genuinely wanted me to get the hair cut/style I wanted. 5 stars for quality and friendly service as well as a great new hair cut. I will definitely be back!
