  Our playgroup, Prospect Explorers @Crayon.Power, LOVES to spend all day in Concert Grove. Our little forest school does nature painting, wildlife exploration and general relaxing here. We play in the grove throughout all the seasons. Families have picnics and the summer concerts series is fun to enjoy.

  Everywhere in Prospect Park gets five stars, because Prospect Park is the best. This is a nice part of the park. Come here and read a book, it'll be good for you.

  The prospect park planners Calvert Vaux and Frederick Law Olmsted designed the Concert Grove in 1870. Thus as I could notice, the Concert Grove was a place for open-air promenade concerts, and was designed with terraces and a radial arrangement of walkways, punctuated by lineally arranged trees, lavish floral beds and elaborate decorative carvings.This place was recently restored. *****
