  I am really surprised by bad reviews - I think Dr. Konigsburg and his office was great! I was a bit worried after reading bad reviews online but he was highly recommended by members of a local Mom group. They were also very accommodating and fit us in when my daughter fractured her wrist. I have nothing but great things to say about this practice - they have two offices (Hackensack and Midland Park), staff is great and the doctor is wonderful. He made my daughter feel at ease and made her laugh - and now her wrist is as good as new!

  My daughter came in with what I thought may be a fracture of her foot and fortunately is not. However, he said she had RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) and told her she should walk on it right away. He was elusive and evasive on what I can expect from this disorder and prescribed physical therapy and immediate return to use. I told him I intended to find out more on Dr. Google if he could not educate me on RSD. So I looked it up. This condition is a chronic pain condition and probably cannot be diagnosed within 24 hours of an injury. I think I will follow my pediatricians advice- rest, elevation and pain relievers. If the pain is still present in 3-4 days then we can consider a more serious diagnosis.

  I went there with my kid who had broken his wrist. He asked for the x-ray and I told him it was done by Fair Lawn Imaging. He told me he had no way of getting that x-ray. I offered to go home and get it but he refused insisting instead I get a new x-ray in his office. I did not want to subject my kid to another x-ray and he then refused to dispense medical advice. He used aggressive body language, making me think he might hit me. I was told to call the office manager to get a refund for my copayment and instead she charged me an additional $156. Avoid this guy like the pest.
