  Check out can be delalyed as they are understaffed. Otherwise like all Kohl's stores great selection and excellent prices

  I liked it better when the Kohl's was open in Ran cho Cordova.

  I normally have a great experience at Kohl's but for the last two days in a row I've gotten nothing but the runaround for online returns and price matches saying that I've either have to call the online number or that they can't do exchanges in the store, honor the price in the store or online, even though they have the same merchandise sitting on the shelf. Not sure if it's incompetence or stupidity or the combination of the two but this store lost my business. Customer service has gone down in the last couple of months and doesn't seem like they even care about it.

  Somewhat of a nice place to shop. Being twins we find it very hard to buy a new balance shoe's in a size 6 B or a 6 wide. They never have any two alike. Sometimes even in clothes.

  Parts of this store had very noticeable foul smells. Once you get over that they do have a huge selection of clothing and many deals
