  This location is really good. The staff is nice. Sales are good. Definitely recommend the app, great coupons in 'wallet' section. Only downside is all of the fitting rooms smell awful and the floors are always really dirty.. I'd rather change in the bathroom. I shop here frequently tho, most of the things I buy work out.

  Rude! Javier, 1 of store managers, screamed at me & raised his arms & told me "the store is closed, leave the premises immediately". This is secs after i made an OVER $300 purchase & turned around as i was leaving to ask the cashier a question. Do NOT go to that store alone if you are a women. I felt very afraid. Best to go to another kohls & not the one in irvine. I tried calling store manager & corporate but they never got back to me. Inexcusable to let such an angry, abusive, rude, obviously sexist person like Javier be a store manager!! All the employees acted afraid of him & i heard him yelling at them also while i was checking out vefore he yelled at me. I was alone & very shocked and afraid so i didnt say anything, just turned around & left the store after looking at his name tag. Javier followed me to the door... It was very scary.

  Staff was very helpful. I was there solely to return my Amazon purchases and staff pointed me to the direction without me asking any questions!!! Very well trained!!! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  It's a pretty ok Kohl's. There always seems to be people shopping here and the selection is pretty good. Make sure you stack coupons cause without them the prices are not great.
