  I love the location. It's 5 mins from my place and it wasn't busy which is a major issue for me. The lady who rang me out was really nice. I believe her name was Sombrea..I forgot.

  Don't use the kiosk for placing orders if you have rewards or coupons as it does not accept them. I was told to call & have it added after I placed the order. After over 1 hour on the phone they finally said they credited my card for the reward amount but so far I don't see that credit.

  I actually live in Florida, but was headed to Nashville for the week. I ordered a bra that I could pick up while I was there, and the day after I arrived, I had my friend take me there. Now I've known this man for years, and it did not bother me that he saw my bra, what did bother me was that the lady who gave it to me from behind the counter didn't even offer me a bag. I had to ask for one, and it wasn't even a Kohl's bag. It was a clear bag that they use for storing merchandise upon its arrival in the store. And she didn't appear very happy to have to give me one. I may be a bit old-fashioned, but put a bra in a bag so I can leave the store with some measure of dignity. Otherwise, Kohl's is always good and I continue to shop there.

  We like coming to this store. It's very clean, the associates are friendly and we typically find what we are looking for. Also, they are great if you have a little rascal that happens to run off...so I've been told. We come here quite a bit but anytime there is a big sale for card members, we always seem to come at the end and seem to be low on some clothes for our boys.

  I love Kohl's! This Kohl's is my 'usual' Kohl's. Everyone is really nice. I know where things are. A huge parking lot. I can almost always find a spot upclose. But the people who work there make this one stand out to me over the other Kohl's. They are always super nice and helpful. Returning things isn't an issue. The checkout lines might be long during the Holidays, but I've never had to wait to long in line.
