  Whenever they come into my property they are very courteous, helpful and very respectful. They do a tremendous job and the residents have given nothing but praise

  Great place for medical supplies kinda expensive on some things but they can get you anything you need

  Terrible customer service. Called in med refills at 7:30 am, the automated system said they would be ready by 10am. Went to go pick them up at 2:45pm and they were not ready. They told me they system lost they order and I could come back later. I told tbem no, I was busy for the rest of the day. They said tey would have them ready in "a few minutes" which translated meant 40 minutes later. This is not the first time they have lost, misplaced or somehow forgotten a persciption. Kohls makes a lot of money off my multiple perscriptions. Maybe I am expecting too much?
