  While they may be slow, they acknowledge when they may have made a customer unhappy and do what they can to compensate. They are also willing to listen to customer's custom requests. Edit: they tried to charge me $150+ to replace a socket for a turn signal. I took the part and replaced it in less than 5 minutes.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just had to take a minute and leave this one! Carlos and his awesome team, mechanics and all were super helpful! I am definitely not car savvy, but they have been patient and kind with any conserns or questions I had. I appreciate how informative they’ve been, and have always tried to help me out, making my over all experience as a first time car owner super great and not stressful. The location is comfortable, it has available WiFi, Tv, and snacks to keep you busy while you wait. I’m moving into to my 3rd year with my CX-5 which I love, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks guys! :)

  Best Mazda service department I've been to since purchasing my certified used CX5. Very clean bathroom, waiting rooms, honest diagnosis, and exceptional customer service. Definitely worth the trip from the Bronx!

  I gave my poor experience reviews 5 months ago and the owner replied to my comment immediately saying, "If you have a moment I would like to discuss your experience with us and assist in any way I can.". I had called couple of times to discuss but every time I called, the operator said the manager is very busy and never comes on phone. The operator takes the message, assuring that he will call me soon but rest is the story. Also on another instance, while my car was at Koeppel for transmission fix, I was given company car. Since, I was using that car for my everyday work commute I linked my ezpass to that vehicle's license #. While returning the car, I missed to unlink the ezpass and I was charged couple of times for someone who had used the car after I returned. I spoke with Carlos who is the service manager at Koeppel Service back in Nov 2017 and emailed all the documents that he asked me to send but still waiting for his response. It's been more than 2 months and still waiting. One thing I noticed at Koeppel, they will call you tremendously when you just inquire about purchasing a new vehicle but they will completely forget you once you made your purchase. Very selfish business attitude..😡😡😡 STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

  Best service. Staffs at the front desk are very polite and willing to help. They clearly explained all the service items that were going to be performed on my vehicle and gave me an accurate estimate.
