::Watch out for this tourist trap. Staff isnβt friendly. I wanted a handmade coffee mug so I bought one that looked decent and when I got home I discovered that they placed all their kobuk stickers over the made in China sticker. And the cup turned out to be pretty cheaply made. Go figure.

::I was told that Kobuk Coffee has the best donuts in town, and boy was I misdirected. These aren't the best donuts in town, these are life changing, your first bite is a milestone event. It's like someone took the feeling of pure love and happiness and somehow Houdini'd it into food form, fried it and dipped it in frosting and called it an old-fashioned donut. Maybe it's been handmade by angels, perhaps kissed by the Lord himself. Whatever they're are doing here, it seems nothing short of magic because I am completely under their spell. Proceed with caution, this place can ruin your standards on your donut quality scale.

::So many cute Alaska themed knick knacks, sweet candies and treats, and delicious treats at the cafe. The Kobuk is a must visit Alaskan shop with an amazing atmosphere.

::One of the oldest buildings still being utilized in Anchorage. The Tea is great. The the store is well-stocked with trinkets. Keepsakes and one of a kind items. They also have an exceptional variety of candy which can be purchased almost to the singular piece. Fun store to visit.
