  When I walked there I thought I found the perfect place, the guy seemed to be a nice buy, the lady on the front too. I needed to do a few body work to my BMW. The guy looked at it and he said it will cost you $1200 and he said you would love it! I left my car there, I went after 4 days to pick it up! I was excited! From far my car looked good, but when I was checking it by close I saw there were scratches in the rare bumper. I showed the guy, he apologized and he tried to fix it in the spot, but apparently that needed more time, he said take the car and we’ll give you a call when to come back so we can fix it . I agreed because I needed my car to go to my work, payed the money and went home. Waiting for their call. 1 week....2 weeks.... after the 3rd week I went at the shop, I told the lady at the front desk that I haven’t had any call yet from the shop!!! She said: well we’ve been busy this month! But I’ll call you within 4days, I asked to see the guy, she said he’s not in here today! Have passed 3 months and still haven’t had a call from them. How come when they took my money they weren’t that busy? Had to go to another body shop and they fixed for 4h, it took me another $200! I wouldn’t ask everyone to do their self a favor: go somewhere else, plenty of body shops in Boston road and in Tremont too!

  They did a GREAT job on my 2013 Honda civic. They even waxed the inside of my car and washed it at the end. Both receptionists give exceptional customer service. I will bring my car here forever!!!
