  Had some aggressive wasps make a nest in my soffit. Knockout came, explained the situation and the process. Michael was knowledgeable, professional and explained his treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this company.

  We had a problem with a hornets nest in our tree. Called this company - came within 24 hours - at the promised hour. Great service. Fair prices. 30 day warranty. Would definitely use them again.

  This is a very good company to deal with. Their techs are knowledgeable and go the distance to address any pest problem. Phone staff is helpful and pleasant. Repeat visits, if required, are accommodated cheerfully and professionally. They have really helped us deal with all the routine bug issues we have.

  Consummate professionals, thorough and informative. I highly recommend this company to those with a roach problem who reside in a residential setting. I couldn't be more pleased with my initial treatment and look forward to an on-going business relationship until my issue appears resolved.   I ended up not needing bed bug services, but the woman who I talked to really helped me deal with the bed bug scare. She asked lots of questions to help me determine if I had a problem or not. No hard sell. Thought she determined I didn't have bed bugs, she gave me lots of great advice for preventing a problem in the future. She sent me lots of good information through email (then didn't spam me--just gave me what I needed). If I did have bed bugs, I would definitely call them.
