::Are lunch here, it was good and the price was fair. The setting is relaxing and works well for lunch meetings. I work across the street, so the convenience factors in to the overall rating.

::Knowledgeable and attentive staff in a beautifully decorated space. The open, visible kitchen was entertaining and the ambiance wonderful. Food was exquisite. It was perfect anniversary celebration.

::I own a meat market here in dallas and I love this place. They know their stuff. This is the first time I've just come to hang out here by myself love the atmosphere. Servers are very attentive, while not hovering, and the steaks are freaking amazing. I've had a few "bad experiences/didn't enjoy something new to me on the menu" but was immediately impressed at how the managers handled it. (Doesn't mean you won't have an amazing experience here or that you won't like it) When trying to impress, having a special occasion, or just wanting to treat myself... this is my go to steak house.

::Service was not what I anticipated from a restaurant of this caliber. Our appetizer was late after having been given to another table and subsequently forgotten. The waitress seemed to be anxious to get through the menu, speaking at breakneck pace, then ignored our table for quite some time (during which we had to flag someone down to inquire about our appetizer) and only returned for brief intervals to quickly shoot some half-assed affirmation at us before moving on as quickly as possible. My steak was quite good, though certainly not on par with other steakhouses of similar or lesser price point. My girlfriend's steak tasted...strange. Decidedly unlike anything I've ever tasted that came off a cow. The highpoint was probably the pretzel buns, which were fantastic. Unfortunately the gentleman with the bread passed our table at least 4 times before he saw fit to stop and offer us any. Finally, the ambiance was somewhat questionable for a restaurant aiming to be the best steakhouse in Dallas. Very noisy and raucous to say the least. Hopefully it was a one off failure, and you have a better time.

::If you even remotely like meat, then you ABSOLUTELY cannot miss Knife! A must order item on the menu besides the incredible steak and wine selections, the Bacon Plate. It’s a veritable world tour of bacon, and as bacon should be, it is literally a dish unto itself. You’re heart may not thank you after, but your fondest food memories will love you forever. Loved this place, will absolutely visit again.
