  I used them once for tailoring and had a terrible experience. No pride in their work, and unsatisfactory customer service: I brought a nice black overcoat in to have the button holes repaired and pocket liners replaced. They replaced the pockets with really cheap cloth that has a weird, slightly ribbed feel to it, and only repaired one of the three damaged button holes. When I brought to their attention the other 2 visibly damaged holes, the guy gave me a ton of attitude. When I picked the jacket up later, they had repaired the holes with blue thread (on a black jacket), and didn't use any backing. By the end of winter, the three button holes are completely tattered again, but now there isn't enough material remaining to repair it.
