::Low value and very poor service quality. Comparied to other discount stores and pharmacies in the city, it's quite difficult to find any true bargain at this "discount" store. The service at on-line pickup is extremely bad. I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to retrieve my ordered items but no one ever showed up. Turned out the person who supposed to retrieve my item went on a break without other people to backup. The supervisor failed to manage the workforce professionally and did not apologize to me at all. Also, the escalators are often not working. I also received a receipt with threaded bottom once. Overall, I have never had a pleasant shopping experience there.

::With so many K-Marts closing it's nice to see this still open. You can find anything you may ever need with two floors of merchandise. Prices are reasonable as they compete with Wal-Mart, Amazon, etc. Products vary in quality

::The store layout seems to need some work. Downstairs is large and ordered but the ground floor does not seem to the be zoned in any logical manner. Some of the faster move stock from downstairs would be better on ground level. There are some home items (downstairs) that work well in suburbia but which are out of place in downtown.

::The store is fine but my poor review is for the order online and pick up in store option. The staff at this particular store handle it quite pathetically. They have a dedicated area for this in the basement floor - but nobody mans it. A customer has to run around looking for help, and once you find somebody they announce over the PA system and you need to wait for the right person to show up. My average time for picking up has been 20-30 min every time I picked this option.

::Worst customer service. I would not recommend their store pick up service. Being located near Penn Station I thought their Store Pickup would be a lot more convenient. The email they send you letting you know your order is ready states an associate will bring your order to you in 5 minutes or less guaranteed. The first day I went there line was long with only one associate helping customers with this department. At least 20 minutes and line was barely moving. I left and decided to go there the following day hoping it would be better. The next day line was shorter with still only one associate helping. After waiting 40 minutes they still couldnโt find my order and after already missing a train, I could not wait any longer to miss another one. They are very disorganized. Another customer also had an issue where they had not informed her they cancelled her order. Definitely wonโt be coming back.
