::Saturday afternoon and only one register is open. Had to wait in line like forever. No express lane, no self-check out. Obviously, to get the full K-mart shopping experience, they want you to endure standing still for 10 - 15 minutes looking at breath mints and gum. Electronics department is almost non-existent. Shop here only if it's your last resort.

::OBVIOUSLY...customer service sucks here. we knw that before going i but overall store sucks. esp the jewelry dept. .. cannot even get a box for the jewelry purchased.. service desk person looks a like and acts like meth addict ... her supervisor Janice is a complete idiot. . Cant imagine the manager Chris who is always MIA ins much brighter.. this store needs to go bankrupt asap... do the city of Portland a favor and send those addicts hired back to the gutter

::Walked in to this k-mart, promptly asked for my backpack. It's a hippie purse you a##holes, horrible customer service. Plus a random person who may or may not have worked there asked for the backpack

::I hate giving negative reviews, but I have problems with the cashier's nearly every single time I come here! Either the items are priced wrong or they won't accept coupons from their own "Shop your way" app! The cashiers have no authority to override the price when they make a mistake! I wish the store the best but they have issues!

::Everyone is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Great prices and sales. Great stuff for baby and kids. I love their shoes. They have great selection of home goods. Has lots of parking. Don't have to wit for hours to pay and if there is a big line they open another cashier regester. Always an enjoyable experience shopping here. I'm a long time customer over 15 years.
