::This is one of those little hidden gems on Long Island. While it only takes about an hour or so to see the entire grounds, it's one of the most peaceful places around. If you have time to kill and feel like relaxing, go visit, you won't regret it.

::Town of N Hempstead Botanic Garden is a small gem hidden in suburbia. Wandering paths through woods, creeks, for beds. Come and enjoy!

::Grounds were not very large and gardens were very limited in number and size. Functions there are mainly for children like their recent spring festival. Nice place for a family to take the kids. Adults may find it too limiting.

::A fabulous teaching garden on beautiful grounds. Lectures are very educational. Worth becoming a member - the Clark Garden participates in the Reciprocal Garden program, gaining you admission to other gardens as well.

::It was so beautiful, I personally really enjoyed it. If you are planning to go, visiting the rose garden during spring time will be a great place to start. but going to the garden you must be careful of the insects.
