  Salesperson who sold us kitchen was very knowledgable and helpful but he quitted because the management is horrible. After we purchased entire kitchen and paid in full, the manager played game and tried bate and switch trying to charge additional thousands of dollars. Very rude and doesn't live up to the promise.

  First when we arrived, there was a very friendly saleswoman who was eating her yogurt, asked if we needed any assistance. Then another saleswoman came to help who had a terrible attitude while assisting us with questions. It was obvious she did not want to be bother. We decided to work out. Never will go back. Went to another store in Yonkers and purchased what I needed.

  I am remodeling my home and I came here for the wide selection of tiles and lighting, unfortunately they do not hold many if any items in stock and have to order it. I ordered a chandelier which they told me would take 10 days to be delivered to my home, 3 weeks later I called because I still had not received anything and they were so rude on the phone, didn't even give me a chance to speak and inquire about my order, she just said she will have it shipped and transferred me to the tile department so I could inquire about my tile order. Two weeks later and I still don't know if my tiles are in the warehouse or not because I have been unable to get in touch with anyone, I have left multiple messages and no reply. I wish they would look at everyone's reviews and realize that the poor customer service hurts their bottom line because I would not do business with them again.
