  Sad to share our bad experience with these two ladies. They had my mother waiting for over 15min. I came in to see what was taking so long and this is what i saw. These two ladies just sitting there, no one welcomed me or acknowledge me. A simple: "welcome" or "i'll be right with you would have made the difference. Its sad to see that when they are trying to sell you something they are so attentive but when you come in to just make a payment they have horrible customer service. This is not the first time we have a bad experience at this location but we only keep coming back because its the closest one to home. I've had better customer service at their other Fort Worth location.
