  O stars. I hired Kyle to do my backsplash. First thing that turned my wife off was he brought someone else to do the job. He did not drop any lines to keep the tile on plane. The next day he left the job and my son and I spent 3 hours removing the grout off of the tile, my cabinets, the walls, etc... Kyle never followed up to make sure everything went ok. Couple days later when I was putting the outlet covers on I noticed that the covers didn't go on on flush and that some of the outlets didn't cover the tiles. So I called and called for over 2 weeks. Finally I used a friends phone and he picked up and made some excuse that he was sick. 3 months later and he hasn't come back to fix my concerns, he doesn't even pick up the phone to call me back with a bad excuse. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!
