  I hired Rizzo to do my kitchen design & ordering of cabinets. So many details were missed, some of great importance. My cabinetry order came in over several months time. A cabinet here & there, and a bunch of wrong ones. This was due solely to the person who placed the order, according to the supplier of the cabinets. I understand mixups can occur, but Rizzo did not stand behind their work or promises. I had to keep calling about my concerns, as John from Rizzo did not return numerous messages left with his staff and he was regularly out of the office during business hours. They over promised & under-delivered. Very disappointed for what was paid. You would probably have much better luck with Lowes or Home Depo. As what was delivered was what I would have expected from a huge box store. You most definitely would have better service from Lowes or Home Depo . A lot of the same cabinetry suppliers are offered by them as well. Same cabinetry at a fraction of the price.

  Great company
