  Customer service suck. Representative who showed up was obnoxious, apparently did not feel like working on that day. Supposedly "company policy " that both spouses have to be present at the estimate was never mentioned when appointment was scheduled. Rep was not even willing to start measuring, nor wait for my husband who was in running late,gave me an attitude. Very unpleasant, unprofessional Stay away.
