  Beware! I paid the $50.00 for measurement of my kitchen cabinets was quoted a price with installation. Left a deposit and and rec'd a picture of what I was to receive However the quote didn't include wall cabinets only base cabinets. Installers came to install cabinets then it was noted wall cabinets were not paid for or ordered.As this point wall cabinets were removed along with the base cabinets. Had to go back to the store order cabinets and now wait for them to be made. Horrible customer service. Representative made it look like it was my fault that the drawing which clearly showed wall cabinets was not included. One installer sat in the kitchen and was on the phone the whole time. No cleanup. Never asked for a broom ! Go elsewhere.

  The lady at the store was nice but the experience was horrible. They didn’t tell us we had to pay a deposit before they start preparing the countertops so they delayed everything by a week then they delayed it by another 4 days because it wasn’t ready. Meanwhile our kitchen is in shambles they offer no type of help, payed a $1k deposit just for them to do absolutely nothing. Save your money

  Placed my order with Kitchen Design Studio, Inc 132- 05 Merrick Boulevard, Springfield Gardens, NY 11434. Delivery, service and installation of cabinets was scheduled for 9am. At 9:30 they were a no show. I contacted the office and was told that the delivery was in traffic. My answer to her, how can they be in traffic , when I lived only 5 minutes from your store. She said they will be there between 10am -10:30am. At 11:00am I contacted the office for a second time and received the worst service available plus rude customer service. No one should make a pruchase from this company. They are unreliable. Poor rating
