  Mr Wilmot, who I believes manages this business, conducts himself unprofessionally. We had a verbal agreement on a price and when he sent the contract he raised the price. Further, the contract stated the deposit was half refundable if I requested a refund before a certain date, which I did, and he refuses to refund half my deposit. I chased him for over a month while he completely ignored me and had to get one of his business associates involved who says he refuses to refund me because he thought it would be non-refundable and he meant to modify the agreement but forgot. Take warning before you do business with him!
