  If I could give negative stars, I would. My pizza arrived over an hour after I ordered it. The crust was soggy and the toppings tasted as disgusting as they looked. I wouldn't Fred this to my dog. Terrible pizza. Find another vender.

  The pizza here is good! It's very cheesy! The staff is pretty friendly. There are only three tables, so don't necessarily plan on eating in.

  I posted this on Seamless as well but want to also put this on Google so others are warned as well. I ordered from Bella Roma Pizza a couple days earlier and had no problem. Today they called to tell me they were too far away, even though they are only a mile away, which takes less than seven minutes by bike and I walk far longer every day on foot to get to work. I offered to meet them halfway, since we are on the same street, if it helped, but they refused that. Heck I would have come get the food if needed, but the rude phone operator insisted they were too busy today. The phone operator even tried to say he told me previously that they were too far away for delivery, but they NEVER told me that personally. When I challenged the truth of his statement, that he NEVER talked to me about the delivery range, he quickly changed his tune and said that he has told Seamless. OK, well if I don't know that, and there isn't a delivery range on your Seamless page, how can anyone ordering know where you will or won't deliver? Terrible customer service made even worse when they wouldn't help with the credit/refund after refusing to honor the order. Whenever there was a problem with an order in the past, the restaurant always offered to help with the refund/credit. No apologies at any time, at least be nice about it and say sorry but I cannot deliver that far. I would warn anyone not within close distance to stay away from this place and, even if you are close by, there are far better pizza places in New York, where you can get better, fresher food and more friendly and helpful service. The pizza was OK but the mozzarella sticks probably came out of a bag or were frozen and re-heated after sitting around for some time. The tomato dipping sauce was also weak and lacked any meaningful flavor or originality. I called Seamless and the very nice operator helped me fix the situation. That is real customer service and I really appreciate her help getting this fixed! I would recommend that Seamless take them off their site or others will probably have the same problem.
