  The employees here are very nice and helpful. Also I loved how their bags are super lightweight and high quality, with a durable zipper that’ll last a few years at least! Each bag comes with a signature monkey of your very own!

  Needed to get a new bag here and I was so pleased with how good the service was. Everyone went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, which made my life so much easier. Store was very, very clean and the prices made it affordable for me!

  Love the Kipling bags with the little keychain monkeys! This outlet store has good sales...anything from backpacks to travel bags.
