  Kioto BJJ in Oakdale is a great location to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Professor Jon teaches the Fundamental class. Which is a great way to get a foundation before you jump into a class Highly Recommend!!! Professor Milton is 6th degree black belt who lives and breathes Jiu-Jitsu. No matter if it's the 730am class or the 830pm class, he always brings energy to class. I am enjoying my experience at Koito. Brazilian jiu-jitsu not just a sport or self defence. the lesson you learn transcend all throughout life.   I started training with Milton as a white belt and so grateful for all he has taught me about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and lessons in life. Kioto is a phenomenal school and the instructors as well. Having to move to Chicago, 8 years later received my black belt. Kioto technique is always in my heart and fighting!

  Kioto BJJ South Shore is a fantastic school with high level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction. Professor Milton and Ms. Melissa are encouraging and passionate instructors. At Kioto you get in the best shape ever, and learn all the important principles of BJJ. It builds confidence through learning BJJ and important self defense techniques. I am so glad to be part of a great school, Kioto BJJ is the best!

  Top notch facility, with top notch trainers. Professor Milton 6th degree Black Belt teaches 98% of the classes, my son 6 years old and wife also take classes and love it! Highly recommended if you interested in training, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.

  A great place to train and very family oriented. Both my son's started training with Professor Milton and Ms. Melissa at Kioto when they were 3 yrs old. The training and self discipline they both have learned have helped them immensely in other sports and school. The school also has moved into a brand new location in Oakdale where they have two training floors and their own parking lot. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to come down and try a class!
