  May 19th i had my eyes examined and went in with my Gucci vintage frames. They had my glasses for about 2 weeks then it wAs sent Davids vision for service. My frames were lost and neither company is taking any accountability. I feel like im being taken advantage of because of were i live. This is predominantly black neighborhood. I've had these frames since 1994 and they cant be replaced. The service was disgusting

  I came here a few months ago not too long after they first opened and i wasn't disappointed at all. Very helpful staff, fast service, and reasonable prices. I may be on my way there this week for another pair of specs!

  The staff at Kings Optical are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me to pick out frames and when I had an issue with my lenses, they corrected everything right away. The only drawback I had was that I had to call to find out if my glasses were ready and that was because someone copied my contact number incorrectly. But that is simple human error and it happens. I would not hold that against the excellent service that I have received. (I only mention it as I like to give thorough and HONEST reviews). I would most definitely recommend this business/location. :)

  Roxy was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She helped me pick out some glasses that were fashionable as well as useful. Highly recommended!
