  This was a great place when it was originally on the corner of Ave. U. Back then it was more of a liquor warehouse. These days it's a few doors further north on the same block. And it has become decidedly upscale with the prices to match. The selection is also smaller and there is no parking. I only use this place if I know I'm going to the Kings Plaza now, the prices aren't worth double parking for.

  Really bad selection of liquor, especially for the area. I went in looking for a specific bottle but they didn't carry it. Settled for one offered to me by one of the salespeople. Not too bad, a knowledgable, friendly staff so one extra star for them. I ended up needing that specific bottle, so I returned to see if I could find something closer to what I was looking for. Couldn't find it and the guy behind the counter told me to come back the following day to get a refund since they were closing and he closed the credit card terminal. Not from around the area, so I traveled back only for a different sales guy to tell me that I can't get a refund and will only exchange. Asked him to honor the other salesperson's words and he said no. Told him I would come back to when that guy is working and still told me I wouldn't get it back. Pissed me off and wouldn't recommend any of my friends in the area to go there.
