  I agree with the previous reviews. The staff is very rude and prices double higher than in other places. If you have a question regarding the product, you will never get the answer.

  Extremely rude store owner: called my relative names, told her to go back to where she came from, and through her purchases in her face. His store associate did nothing to intervene. All that after she asked the store owner to explain how to use the tool she bought from him. He did all of that to a disabled senior citizen. When she asked for a refund, told her to get out of the store. When I asked him to apologize to her, her refused, and told me to leave the store. Save your money, your time and go across the street to purchase what you need. This place and owner doesn’t deserve your business.

  One of the worst places you wanna be. The store owner thinks he is still living in Soviet Union. No cash refund, no cellphone, no pets. No one can beat his rudeness! Just cross the street to Asian hardware store if you want best price and service.
