  I previously gave Kings County a one star based on the rudeness of the staff answering the phones, among other things, but I have upgraded my review based upon my recent experiences with Joseph and Michael. Joseph, in particular, is helpful and very pleasant.

  Attitude adjustment needed desperately . Absolutely obnoxious persons answering inquiries. And the subject matter a deceased loved one. Hmm, a little human compassion goes a long way. But sorry you will not find such at this place. Really one star is inappropriate too bad the option for zero stars is unavailable

  For a department that deals with death of someones loved one I would hope that the employees who answer the phone would be provided some manner of sensitivity training.
