  Truth and Justice does not flourish there. Cases with more than 40 adjournments. Sending a letter to a Judge, forget it. Even with signature confirmation someone conveniently misplaces it? What a terrible mess of a court system there. Dragging cases on for years due to lack of organizational skills, bad attitudes, lack of concern and stalling tactics, which attorneys seemingly are permitted to get away with. Awful just awful

  Gentlemen I would like to appeal any decision againgst me as wrongful judgement. I am a fiduary not a defendant.Docket numbert 85-2058 Moultrie courthouse where I dont think I can get a fair settlement I am asking for a change of venue and a city where i can get a fair judgemant.
