  The most honest, professional, competent, and customer service oriented auto body shop I've ever been to, and that is saying a lot considering the nature of auto body owners and marketing and customer service practices. And this is not coming from somebody who has anything to gain by posting such a review, and even my wife who is very critical of New York body shops and who is from California where the usual practices New Yorkers may be used to our common is fond of treatment she has done in the service, and refuses to go elsewhere. She learned from experience and after I recommended she go there. And the job they do is absolutely amazing compared to what they charge. They will be fair, and they will do the best they can.
