The staff is very friendly, the food is good, the place is very quiet for a relaxing breakfast. Update: this time I visited the place with my family but nothing to do with the first time I had breakfast here, we waited for more than half an hour to get our breakfast, not even a coffee before that, the food was good, except for the potatoes flavorless homemade,I hope they improve the attention,

Great little establishment, great ambiance and liked the theme. Employees were great and also the owner made sure we were comfortable . Especially our waitress.

Enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner with our family at the Kings Arms tonight. The wait staff and management is excellent especially catering to all of us including our four children of various ages. Booster seat, High chair, who wants kids menus, who doesn’t. They were patient and responsive to our needs. The food, as usual, is excellent.

I've been going to this dinner ever since I was a child. Ive lived in the sliver lake area for some 36 yrs. This place is always the best. Myself and my grandmother love this place for breakfast!!Everything is made well and taste great.

I've had breakfast and lunch here several times and the food was always good. I give the food 5 stars. I am giving an overall 4 stars because of the customer service. The waitresses are good, but the initial Greet when you walk in, sometimes makes me feel uncomfortable. I don't know if it is the owner (woman at register, and greeter) but sometimes she looks at me like I am an alien. I would like to think that it has nothing to do with race, or maybe staten island people are sometimes weird with new people? I don't know. But I would give this diner 5 stars if the owners/managers, people who greet you, would be NICER. Friendlier. Act like you are happy to see customers! :)
