  Fist time I've ever been to this establishment. (Indianapolis airport) Horrible experience; slow, my order was incorrect and I watched the lady running the cash register "yell" at a customer becauae the customer misunderstood the combo. Would not recommend... At least not this location.

  Service here is great and always helpful and willing to try new things off menu. Only downsides in my experience are soggy buns from the relish.

  I hope the downtown location is better than their restaurant inside the Indianapolis airport. The cashier had no cash so she could only take credit cards, the wait time was 10+ minutes, the hot dog was luke warm and hard, buns stale and the air conditioning vents over the food line were absolutely caked with dirt and debris blowing right over the toppings station. Absolutely disgusting place.
