Only reason i can give 1 star is because of the fairly new energy efficient busses. In the past customer service was a joke, however i think they are trying to improve, can't promise though. What really bothers me is where they find the audacity to have these "fare enforcement" jerks, dressed up to look like S.W.A.T. without guns, shamelessly harassing people and wasting tens of thousands of our tax dollars so they can slap a $250.00 fine on a occasional fare dogger which ten times out of ten is someone that cant afford the $2.50 for the bus, but im sure their recovering losses from the fines that DON'T get paid. Oh thats right they never lost anything in the first place. And maybe all that would be fine, pun intended, if any of the drivers was capable of being on time. Just saying.

King county really needs to upgrade the metro buses. The bus I was on broke down on the freeway.if you work, go to school or both do yourself a favor and get a car!!

Love how when gas prices went up awhile back, bus fare went way up. Gas went back down but bus fare stayed the same, even increased a bit more. They still can't have their buses close to being on time and there are too many times where they just completely skip a route without providing an update on their website. You would think with more profits they'd be a bit more professional.
