  This is such a great place for kids. Both my kids consistently get strep and ear infections and they are always kind, courteous and friendly when we get there. My oldest loves go here when he's sick. I think they may need to expand, some days it's very busy. But you can put your name on the waiting list, go home and wait for them to call you when there is only two patients in front of you. Dr. Amy John is the best!!

  LOVE this clinic! The staff is amazing and always friendly. My son has a service dog which can sometimes result in odd looks or "coolness" from staff at places but not here. Everyone is always warm, caring, and just awesome in their treatment of us. Can't recommend enough!

  We arrived at around 9:00 at night and waited a little bit as there were other kids in front of us. The staff was friendly and the doctor took time with my daughter and spoke with us for a while despite the later hour. We weren't rushed at all which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend them if your child is sick and it is outside of normal business hours. Great place for sick kids!

  We arrived the first time to a very kid-friendly waiting room. After arrival and check in, we travel past far away lands to come to our Shanghai room. The staff was very personable and helpful. Dr. Reyes was very calming. He is comical and makes being there fun. Our family has been there twice and we left both times relieved. Outstanding doctor, friendly and helpful staff and a child friendly environment. I really appreciate this facility. Since these initial visits, we have chosen to return because we can trust in the quality of care we will receive. About a month ago, our 4 year old was having stomach issues for which we took him to his primary care doctor. When the problem moved on to our 2 year old after hours, we came here. They were able to handle both issues with insight that made sense and made them better. My husband and I were so relieved when the children immediately showed signs of improvement. We HIGHLY recommend Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care. Thank you

  This facility is amazing! I had my kids visit on 4/5 waiting area a bit small but cleaned , time was decent. I do have to say I had a GREAT experience the moment I walked in. Receptionist was a doll and very welcoming. Doctor and nurses were just as great. Thank you ! PS I now know where to go for non life threatening emergencies. Thumbs up
