  My husband and I used Kim a few years ago to sell our condo and buy our beach house and got great service. So when we needed a lawyer to sell our home in Bergen County, we called Kim. She’s on top of things, she’s pleasant to work with, and I knew she was going to take good care of us. As expected, she exceeded my expectations.

  I recently sold my home as a “for sale by owner” – Kim and Laura did an excellent job at explaining the entire process and stayed on top of everything related to the transaction. They were very flexible and accommodating to my schedule for the closing. They were both very responsive to emails and calls for the duration of the sale.

  I was impressed with Kim and Laura from the moment my realtor introduced me to them. What first drew me to them was their ability to review and comment on my contract in an effective and efficient manner. It is in my nature to nit pick on details and ask tons of questions - I realize how annoying this can be, however, they were patient and educated me every step of the way. Kim and Laura are honest, reasonable, and really look out for their clients' best interest. I highly recommend this office for your legal needs.

  I just closed on my first home! Kim was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my “first time buyer” questions regarding the process and my closing. She’s detail oriented and takes the time to explain everything to you, making sure you understand what you sign before you sign it. I’m really happy that she was on my team! She was available in a timely manner for all of the questions that I had throughout the process. A true professional!
