  I purchased A watch- I love it ! The service was great, fast, and very efficient. I would definitely go there again to buy a gift. And I love the fact that the gift wrap.

  I loved this store the moment I stepped in... I was cordially greeted and asked if I needed assistance... The feel of the store and the array of unique gifts and displays triggered a spark and I wanted to see every single item, but time wasn't on my side... I didn't have a lot of money to spend but the sales woman helped me pick a ring within my budget that looked 10x more... I was looking for a large size...10, but she found a few beauties for me to choose from.. she accepted my visa debit card and then giftwrapped it.. After my good friend opened her gift, she was thrilled with the design and uniqueness.. but I got the size wrong!!! Oh no, so back to the store I went and I had a hasstle-free exchange and was very happy with the whole experience...

  In a beautiful little town called Holbrook, on Main Street is a very special Jewelry Store named Kiersten's Jewelry. 3 weeks ago, I went in with my son and had the absolute pleasure of meeting the lovely owner, her son and the Jeweler who are absolutely wonderful. My son was preparing for his Engagement and was dealing with a different jeweler who turned out to be very disappointing, we decided to go into Kiersten Jewelery and the owner went above and beyond to guide him through the entire process of taking the time to educate him on the different type of stones and was so wonderful in helping him find the most perfect setting to place his finance's Grandmother's stone from her Engagement ring. The Jeweler made a special appointment with my son to set this most special family heirloom and everyone made this the most amazing experience for all of us. They say in life that God sends special people into our lives at the right moment in time and we truly feel so very blessed and thankful beyond words for everyone at Kiersten's Jewelery for being so amazing. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you and Congratulations to Nick & Alexa!!! ❤️💍❤️

  Called for simply repair, told i could wait wile it was done then it all changed when i got there. I was qouted ridiculous price was told I can leave it then they tell me they can't do it in under 3 hours waste of my time. IF your not buying big dollar item don't expect good service.

  We have been using Kiersten's for 30 years! They are friendly and knowledgeable and always helpful. Besides buying pieces over the years from them my husband and I have had them help us design several pieces of jewelry including a wedding band and a pendant made from the top of an old ring. I would recommend them without hesitation.
