  Staff is really friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Store is super clean and organized with really cool modern look. Manager, Carolann, is really friendly and knowledgeable on any questions I had about the products. 11/10

  Staff is not welcoming to people of color. Rude to outsiders and woman with grey/silver bob cut and glasses pretends she wants to help but makes snide remarks and is totally crass. Walked in my with girlfriends and treated all three of us differently assuming we weren't serious buyers until one of us made a huge purchase which we were intending to do anyway but she pissed off the other two with her judgmental and snarky remarks and lost two sales. We should be able to ask about SPF without retort. Staff should be retrained on being welcoming at this flagship and high traffic location.
